RCFL Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed Regular and full time UGC/AICTE/ICAR recognized Science / Engineering / Agriculture graduate of minimum 3 or 4 years’ duration and Two years regular and full time UGC / AICTE /ICAR recognized Post graduate degree.
RCFL Recruitment 2023 Age Limit:
Applicants do not exceed the 34 years for Unreserved category/EWS, For SC / ST Category – 39 years, For OBC Category – 37 years, For PWBD Category (General) – 44 years, For PWBD Category (SC/ ST) – 49 years, For PWBD Category (OBC) – 47 years.

The selection process for the positions of Officer (Marketing) comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview.
RCFL Recruitment 2023 Salary:
Selected candidates will be placed in the E1 grade in pay scale of Rs. 40,000 – 1,40,000, the minimum total Monthly Gross salary works out to Rs. 78000/- (Approx.) include Basic Pay +VDA (34.8%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27% for class A cities/applicable rates for other places).
RCFL Recruitment 2023 Application Fee:
Non – refundable application fee of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Officer (Marketing) are required to be paid by General, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form.
How to Apply for RCFL Recruitment 2023:
- Candidates to go to the RCF website “HR—–RECRUITMENT”- click on the option “APPLY ONLINE” which will open a new screen.
- To register application, choose the tab “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
- In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in one go, he / she can save the data already entered by choosing “SAVE AND NEXT” tab.
- Candidates can proceed to upload Photo & Signature as per the specifications given in the Guidelines for Scanning and Upload of Photograph and Signature detailed under point “C”.
- Modify details, if required, and click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ ONLY after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature uploaded and other details filled by you are correct.
- Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for payment and Click on ‘Submit’ button.
