- To attract and hire the right talent within the defined parameters on time, cost and quality for all Leadership positions to ensure achievement of Business Objectives.
- Planning, strategizing and fulfilling all requirements of the organization
- Consult with internal stakeholders on overall recruiting strategy for both the short and long term needs of the business.
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals.
- Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder management
- Measures and analyzes key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness
- Manage and improve quality of profiles versus cost of profiles Competencies required
- Provide Market Research and mapping for ongoing and new recruitment requirements
- Provide external marketplace information to Leadership
