• Before completing a customer’s transaction, customers must be identified through signature verification and approved ID documents.
• Customer calling through BM / BOM is required for all transactions, as per customer calling criteria in circulars or operations manual. All deviations or questionable transactions should be reported to BM / BOM.
• Record all inventory and deliverables movement in relevant registers, and sign off closing stock of all inventories and deliverables in relevant registers with BOM.

• Cross sell – Lead generation/ basic enquiry, liaising with Branch Manager & product teams
