RBL Bank Recruitment 2022 Job Responsibilities:

Branch Manager:

In the branch, implement centrally-conceived projects on customer service, automation, processes, and compliance.
At branches, keep an eye on specialized desks.
Follow up on branch-related legal cases.
The branch’s business continuity planning
Make a positive impact on employee morale and reduce employee turnover.

Relationship Manager:

Ability to scan business marketplaces and industries in a given area for prospective opportunities.
Increase the book’s size by bringing in new corporates and NTBs (at least 4 new NTBs each month with an average pay of Rs 20,000/- and a minimum of 20 employees).
Increase corporate penetration and ensure effective cross-selling of the bank’s products.
Ensure efficient communication with senior management and key decision-makers.
Engage with internal bank stakeholders to better understand the bank’s potential and collaborate on increasing share of wallet from existing clients across all segments.

Service Delivery Ambassador:

If any such tendencies are noted at the Welcome Desk, alert BCSM/RSDM to them – for example, wrong details being provided, non-receipt of statements, erroneous entries and charges, lack of or inadequate communication with customers, and non-adherence to agreements.
At the start of the day and throughout customer hours, make sure all stationery and brochure dispensers are firmly stocked.
Ensure there are no pending client requests or complaints at the Welcome Desk.
