RBI Officer Age Limit
- To apply for Officers in Grade B post and Assistant Manager – Rajbhasha candidate’s age should between 21 years to 30 years to apply.
- For Assistant Manager – Protocol and Security, candidate’s age should between 25 years to 40 years to apply.
RBI Officer Grade B and A Qualification
Officer in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – General: Candidate should have completed Graduation in any discipline from recognized University. Applicant should secured minimum 60% of marks in their graduation. SC, ST and PWD candidates should secured minimum 50% of marks in their graduation.
Officer in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR: Candidate should secured Master’s Degree in Economics namely MS or MA in Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Financial Economics, Business Economics, Agriculture Economics or Industrial Economics or PGDM or MBA in Economics or Finance from recognized University. Or Masters Degree in Finance or related degree from recognized University. General candidates should secured minimum 55% of marks in their graduation. SC, ST and PWD candidates should secured minimum 50% of marks in their graduation.
Officer in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM: Candidate should have completed Master’s Degree in Statistics or Mathematical Statistics or Mathematical Economics or Econometrics or Statistics & Informatics or Equivalent from recognized University.
Assistant Manager – Rajbhasha: Candidate should have completed Masters Degree in Hindi or Hindi Translation with English as a subject in Bachelor’s Degree level or Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject or Master’s Degree in Sanskrit or Economics or Commerce with English and Hindi as a subject from recognized University with 1st class.
Assistant Manager – Protocol and Security: Applicant should be an Officer with minimum 5 years of commissioned service in the Army or Navy or Air Force. Emergency Commission Officer, Short Service Commissioned Officers should have minimum 5 years in service.

Selection process for Officer Grade B and A in RBI consists of Phase I and Phase II online examination followed by Personal Interview.

RBI Application Fee

- SC, ST and PwBD candidates required to pay Rs. 100 as application fee.
RBI Salary Structure
RBI Grade A Officers will get paid for Rs. 44500 to Rs. 89150 per month. RBI Grade B officers will get paid for Rs. 55200 to Rs. 99750 per month.
