Public Sector Banks Vacancy 2021 – 41,177 Positions by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman!! At the Parliament of India, the Indian Finance Minister Mrs. Nirmala sitharaman give the information about the huge amount of vacant positions in banking sector. In India there were 12 public sector banks having 41,177 vacant positions in it.
According to the finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, belongs to the information from public service agencies regarding to the date of December 1, 2021, there are 95 percent of employees are in a position against the strength of sanctioned employees. India’s largest public sector bank, the state bank of India posses more than 8000 vacancies among them 3000 plus posts vacant for officer level and 1,400 posts for sub-staff level.
The confirmed job in the state bank of India is 2.47 lakh. Next to the state bank of India, Punjab national bank posses 6,743 vacant positions which are followed by the central bank of India that posses 6,295 job recruitment. Nirmala sitharam said, “The small proportion of vacant positions is largely attributable to attrition at the expense of retirement and other usual factors,”

This prompt corrective action framework places growth restrictions for a troubled bank to get back to health. Kolkata based UCO bank has the vacancy of more than 3000.
