According to the finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, belongs to the information from public service agencies regarding to the date of December 1, 2021, there are 95 percent of employees are in a position against the strength of sanctioned employees. India’s largest public sector bank, the state bank of India posses more than 8000 vacancies among them 3000 plus posts vacant for officer level and 1,400 posts for sub-staff level.
The confirmed job in the state bank of India is 2.47 lakh. Next to the state bank of India, Punjab national bank posses 6,743 vacant positions which are followed by the central bank of India that posses 6,295 job recruitment. Nirmala sitharam said, “The small proportion of vacant positions is largely attributable to attrition at the expense of retirement and other usual factors,”
