PSTCL Age Limit
- Architect applicants age limit should between 20 to 37 years.
- ALM and ASSA age limit should between 18 to 37 years.
Age relaxation will be given to SC/ ST and BC for 5 years, Ex-serviceman will get for up to 3 years of age relaxation and physically handicapped candidates will get up to 10 years of age relaxation.
PSTCL Eligibility Criteria
Architect: Candidates should have completed Diploma or Degree in Architect or Equivalent from recognized university or Institution and candidate should have minimum 5 years of work experience in field of architecture after degree or diploma. Candidate who working as Punjab Service of Corporation Assistant Architect for minimum of 5 years can also apply for this recruitment
Assistant Lineman (ALM) & Assistant Sub Station Attendant (ASSA): Candidates should have completed Punjab matriculation or its equivalent level qualification and candidates must have completed Regular ITI in Electrician or Wiremen trade from recognized institution.
Candidates must have knowledge in Punjabi to apply for all post in PSTCL.
PSTCL Selection Process
Candidates will be selected for this recruitment based on the performance on online examination. Examination will be conducted in both Hindi and Punjabi medium. Questions will be asked form GK, Awareness Reasoning, Numerical Ability and English Language. The online test contains 100 marks. Each question carries one mark. -0.25 marks will be given for each wrong answer. The exam duration is 2 hours. Final selection is based on educational qualifications and marks obtained in written examination. Selection pattern is given below. Written examination will be conducted by June or July.

PSTCL Salary Details
Selected candidate will get paid as on the pay scale which is not be higher than the pay scales admission to the said cadre in government of India as notified as per the recommendations of 7th central pay commission as per instructions issued by Government of Punjab.
PSTCL Application Fee
- General Candidates should have to pay Rs. 1416 as application fee.
- SC and EWS candidates should have to pay Rs. 566 as application fee.
- PWD candidates should have to pay Rs. 708 as application fee.
- Fee should be paid before 15.06.2021.
