PSSSB Clerk Age Limit:

The age of the General Category candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 37 years. Maximum Age of Scheduled Caste and Backward Class Resident Candidates of the State of Punjab will be 42 years. Further details of the relaxation can be read by using the link provided below.

PSSSB Clerk Educational Qualification:

• For the post of Clerk IT, the applicants should be B.Tech in Computer Science or or B.Sc. (Information Technology) or Bachelor of Computer Application or a Graduate in relevant field to apply for this recruitment.
• For the post of clerk, the candidates are expected to have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. In addition to this the applicants are expected to have the at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity applications or Desktop Publishing applications to apply.
• The candidates should be B.Com graduate who possess the computer course certificate as mentioned on the notification to eligible to apply for this Clerk Accounts.

PSSSB Clerk Application Fee:

The candidates who are willing to apply for this recruitment should pay the application fee of Rs.200/- to Rs.1000/- . This fee may vary with respect to the category of the candidates.  The last date to pay the application fee for the post of Clerk IT is 18.11.2021, for the Clerk post, the last date to pay the application fee is 23.11.2021

PSSSB Clerk Salary:

The candidates who will be selected for the post of Clerk under Group C Pay Scale/Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission Rs. 19,900/-.

PSSSB Clerk Selection Process:

The selection of the candidates will be based on the Examination that contains objective type (Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)). After that the type test in the language of Punjabi and English will take place for the specific posts. This type test is only qualifying nature.
