Sr. Associate: A person who has retired from the post of Assistant or equivalent from the Central government offices or Autonomous bodies under Central government with Pay level 7 or 8 and having experience of working in HR & Administration section.
Channel Manager: Graduate from recognized university/Institute
Consulting/Senior Consulting Editor: Post Graduation/PG Diploma in Journalism from a recognized University/Institute.

Prasar Bharati Recruitment 2021 Remuneration:
A fixed monthly amount shall be admissible, arrived at by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement. The amount of remuneration so fixed shall remain unchanged for the term of contract. There will be no annual increment/percentage increase during the contract period. The remuneration of retired government employee at the time of their engagement/renewal of contract shall be regulated in concurrence with OM of Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance vides file no. 3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09.12.2020.
- 1.25 lakhs per month with flexibility for negotiation on an individual basis
- 1.75 lakhs per month with flexibility for negotiation on an individual basis
