- Candidates must have passed Graduation in any discipline, Persons having good command over written & spoken Kashmiri/ Urdu/ English/ Hindi, Photogenic personality, Broadcast worthy voice, language and pronunciation.
- Applicants also having Degree/diploma/PG diploma in journalism and mass communication, Good knowledge of current affairs and general knowledge, Knowledge and experience of working on computers, Availability as per the exigency of the programme.
