As per the notification, at least 5 years of experience conducting civil and criminal litigation in the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Central Administrative Tribunals, District Courts, Arbitrations, and various other judicial and quasi-judicial fora, including service and labour matters, commercial arbitrations, copyright matters, GST, Service Tax, and Income Tax matters, is required for Senior Panel Counsel.
At least 3 years of experience conducting civil and criminal litigation in High Courts, Central Administrative Tribunals, District Courts, and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including service and labour matters, commercial arbitrations, copyright matters, GST, Service Tax, and Income Tax matters, is required for Panel Counsel.
Candidates will be shortlisted for Eligible Advocates/Law Firms following a thorough review of their resumes and other materials. The fee structure specified by Prasar Bharati through orders issued in this regard from time to time would apply to the empanelled Advocates/Law Firms for their services.
