Maharashtra Postal Circle has 1371 Vacancies. In that PostMan Post has 1029 Vacancies Totally, Mail Guard has 15 Vacancies & MTS (Administrative Office) & (Sub Ordinate Office) each has 32 & 295 Vacancies.

Postal Job Age Limit :

The age limit for the posts of Postman/Mail Guard is 18 – 27 years.  The age limit for the post of Multi Tasking Staff is 18 – 25 years. Permissible relaxation in the upper age limit for different categories is given in the official notification in detail.

The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for online registration of application i.e, 03.11.2020.

Postal Circle Educational Qualifications –

For Postman/Mail Guard

• Candidates must Pass the 12th standard Examination from a recognized Board.
• Knowledge of working on computers. The candidate will have to qualify Paper III (Skill Test of Data Entry on a computer).

Multi-Tasking Staff

• Aspirants can Pass the 10th standard Examination from a recognized Board.
• Knowledge of working on computers. The candidate will have to qualify Paper III (Skill Test of Data Entry on a computer).

Recruitment Salary Details :

For the Post of Postman/Mail Guard:  Salary should be Minimum Rs. 21,700/-to Maximum of Rs.69,100/-.

For the Post of Multi Tasking Staff: Minimum Rs. 18,000/-to Maximum of Rs.56,900/-.

Postal Circle Selection Process :

The Mode of selection will be of Merit List and Final results will be applicable separately for the two examinations viz,
A. for the posts of Postman/Mail Guard
B, for the posts of Multi Tasking Staff’

Examination for Paper-I will be held separately Online for all applicants at identified Centres. Applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of performance in Paper-I for appearing in Paper-II and Paper-III. Depending upon the number of vacancies, the number of Applicants to be shortlisted will be 4 times the number of total vacancies.

For the shortlisted candidates, the examination for both Paper-II and Paper-III will be conducted together on a specific date at identified centers’ There will be a time gap of a minimum of One Hour between Paper- II and Paper- III.

Postal Circle Application Fee :

Cost of Online Application and Examination Fees are applied separately for the two examinations.

• Cost of Online Application: Rs. 100/- (Rs, One Hundred Only) per exam mandatory for all categories of applicants.
• Examination Fees: Rs. 400/- (Rs, Four Hundred Only) per exam for all male applicants belonging to the category of UR/OBC/EWS flrans-man.
• Payment of Examination fee is exempted for all female/trans-woman Applicants, all SC/ST Applicants, and all PvvD Applicants.

How to Apply for Postal Circle Recruitment 2020

Applications are invited through the Online Registration portal https://dopmah2O.onlineapplicationform.orq/MHPOST/ from the eligible applicants to fill up the following post in Maharashtra Postal Circle.

Step 1: To register the First time, click on “New User”

Step 2: Fill up the details in the “Basic Registration” form

Step 3: After Filling Up all the Details, Click Submit.

Step 4: Your data will be saved and a Registration Number will be displayed on the screen. The Registration Number and Password for first time login will be sent to your mobile number and Email ID.

Step 5: By Using Registration Number and Password, You can Apply Online for the Particular Posts.

Step 6: Proceed further to the next part of the Detailed Registration & Upload All the Documents Needed.

Step 7: Applicant can make payment Online (using RuPay Card/Credit Card/Other UPI through gateway payment) or through E-Payment by paying the fee in Cash at Post Office.
