• The candidate must have at least five years of experience working in a reputable organisation in the past ten years in a variety of HR, personnel management, and industrial relations roles. Candidates who make the short list are eligible to receive a salary from the relevant board ranging from Rs. 180000 to Rs. 340000/- per month. For internal candidates, a minimum of one year of service in the eligible scale will be required, and for others, a minimum of two years, as of the vacancy date.
