 PNB Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria

Age Limit

Candidates age on the date of engagement should not be more than 62 years as on 31.12.2020 is Mandatory.

Experience Required

Candidates should preferably individual retired from Bank officer with experience of handling worked in rural / semi urban area. He should be able to work independently and should have computer knowledge, especially of programme like MS Word, Power Point and should be able to operate internet.

Candidate should have knowledge in agriculture for counseling related to agriculture and allied activities. He should be well conversant with the local language. He initial engagement of the Counsellor shall be for three years subject to review on yearly basis with one year extension subject to productin of medical certificate of good health from CMO. The extension will be subject to upper limit of 65 years.

PNB Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

• Shortlisted candidates are eligible to getting salary based on the Location of FLC.
• For Metro and Urban Location –   Rs. 20,000/- per month
• For Semi Urban Location – Rs. 15,000/- per month
• For Rural Location     –     Rs. 10,000/- per month.

PNB Recruitment 2021 Selection Process

The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Bank / Competent Authority in this regard shall be final.
