Plea for Cancellation of 12th Exams of CBSE And ICSE:
There is a Plea on cancellation of Class XII exams of CBSE and ICSE and declare the result of class XII within a specific timeframe in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court on Friday adjourned to May 31 for the plea. The plea has an objective methodology to declare the result of class XII within a specific timeframe. Raise of Plea:
The state of student who are preparing for class 12th in our country is worsen as compared to other years. They made most of their preparation through online. And they are still waiting for their exams. They should start their admission process at this time usually. But in this unusual year, there is huge fear in students mind. The representation of their fear gets a form of Plea in Supreme Court. The petitioner, involved as an advocate with Delhi Bar Council has stated that she was approached by the minor students of Class XII approached, and is filing petition on their behalf, as their claim is genuine and to protect their fundamental rights of education under article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
CBSE is likely to take a call on the matter on June 1:
The Central Board of Secondary Education and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination have been asked for guidance. The petition further demanded that the Notification dated 14th, 16th, and 19th April 2021 issued by CBSE and the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination be set aside only in respect of clauses dealing with the postponement of Class XII exams.

The plea has argued that in view of the unprecedented health emergency and rising numbers of the Covid -19 cases in the Country, the conduct of examination, either offline/online/ blended in upcoming weeks is not possible and delay in examination will cause irreparable loss to the students as time is the essence in taking admission in higher education courses in foreign universities.
Simply many of the students, parents, and experts including the petitioner are seeking for a solution on time in the case of 12th exams for the innocent students who are losing their valuable time in waiting for exams.
