PGIMER Result 2020 Details
Stenographer
This is with reference to the Advertisement No. PGI/RC/094/2018/6379 dated 11.12.2018 for the 15 posts (UR-06, SC-02, ST-03 and OBC-04) of Stenographer, the written Examination for which was held on 03.06.2019 and on the basis scrutiny of documents submitted by the shortlisted candidates along-with their offline applications, the eligibility notice were uploaded vide notice Nos.PGI/RC/094/3560 dated 24.08.2019 and PGI/RC/094/F-94/2019/4464 dated 17.10.2019. It is for information of the candidates that on the basis of the Skill Test which was held on 05.03.2020 at PGIMER, Chandigarh. The candidates (Roll No. wise) in the notification PDF have been declared qualified/Not qualified for the posts of Stenographer.
It is however; made clear that the list mentioned below is provisional and mere qualifying the Skill Test does not confer any right on qualified candidates for his selection. The final selection would be made on the basis of merit in the written examination only.
Personal Assistant and Stenographer
This is with reference to the Advertisement No. PGI/RC/008/2019/2907 dated 08.07.2019 for the 1 posts (UR) each for Personal Assistant and Stenographer, the written Examination for which was held on 05.10.2019 and 29.09.2019 respectively. It is for information of the candidates that on the basis of the Skill Test which was held on 5th and 6th March, 2020 at PGIMER, Chandigarh. The candidates (Roll No. wise) in the notification PDF have been declared qualified/Not qualified/Absent for the posts of Personal Assistant and Stenographer.

This is with reference to the Office Notice No. EII(I)-PGI-2019/F-03 dated 16.10.2019 Issued for filling up of 07 posts of Stenographer (UR-06 and SC-01) through Limited Departmental Competitive Exam Quota amongst from Group “C” employees of the Institute. It is for information of the candidates that on the basis of the Skill Test which was held on 6 th March, 2020 at PGIMER, Chandigarh.
