PGIMER LDC 2020 Document Submission Details
It is for information of all shortlisted candidates for the posts of Public Relation Officer, Nursing Officer, Assistant Dietician, Data Entry Operator Grade ‘A’, Junior Technician (Radiotherapy), Public Health Nursing Officer, Plaster Technician Grade-II and Lower Division Clerk declared so vide result notice No.PGI/RC/010/2020/1381, No.PGI/RC/010-011/2020/1382 dated 01.04.2020, No.PGI/RC/010-011/2020/1421 & No.PGI/RC/010/2020/1422 dated 13.04.2020 for which written examinations (Computer Based Test) were held on 02.03.2020, 13.03.2020 and 16.03.2020.
As per above result notices, the shortlisted candidates have been informed that they will be required to apply afresh by sending the duly filled in application form in the prescribed format available on PGI website i.e. www.pgimer.edu.in and send the same alongwith self attested copies of all certificates in support of educational qualification, category experience, if any, original copy of challan fee etc. in the Office of Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell, PGIMER, Chandigarh through speed post/registered post/by hand on or before 15.05.2020 upto 04.00 PM.
In this regard, due to prevailing lockdown/curfew situation across the country, it has been decided to provide the option of sending the requisite application form and documents through e-mail also. Therefore, all the shortlisted candidates for the above-mentioned posts are informed that they may send the duly filled in application form (printed/hand written on A-4 size white paper) in the prescribed format as available on PGI website i.e. www.pgimer.edu.in.
The clear and legible scanned copy (in pdf format only) of duly filled in application form as well as requisite documents in support of educational qualification (from Matric onwards), category, experience, if any, prescribed under recruitment rules of the concerned post, original copy of challan fee etc. at e-mail ID: firstname.lastname@example.org. While forwarding these documents, the candidate concerned should mention his/her name, mobile number, roll number, post name in the mail. Page 2 of 2 It is also informed that the applications complete in all respect and accompanied with all certificates must reach the Administrative Officer, Recruitment Cell, PGIMER, Chandigarh, India at the prescribed e-mail ID or through speed post/registered post/by hand on or before 30.05.2020 upto 04.00 PM. Those candidates who have already send their offline application by post may also send the same at the prescribed e-mail ID.
Other terms and conditions as mentioned in the above said result notices shall, however, remain the same.
