The applicant must have at least five years of senior-level experience in Corporate Financial Management/Corporate Accounts in a reputable firm during the last ten years.

A minimum of 40 years of experience is required of candidates. From the date of vacancy to the date of retirement, for 2 or 3 years of residual service. Candidates that are chosen are rewarded between Rs. 160000 and Rs. 290000. (IDA). The candidate is chosen based on their performance in the interview.
