- Candidates should have completed BE preferably in Electrical/ communications/ Electronics Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University/Institution.
- The applicant must have technical/operational experience/exposure for at least 5 years at a senior level of management in telecommunications/information technology in the last 10 years.
- Candidates who having experience in railways will be preferred.
