HPCL Recruitment Age Limit:

The age of the candidates should below the maximum age limit as mentioned by the board and above to the minimum age limit as mentioned on the notification. The minimum age limit to apply for this post is 45 years. The age of superannuation is 60 years for this post. The aspirants are allowed for 02 years to 03 years residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation.

HPCL Job Educational Qualification:

The candidates should have the educational qualification of any degree in any stream with good academic records can apply for this recruitment. The aspirants with the Technical/MBA qualifications will be preferred by the board.

HPCL Recruitment 2021 Experience:

Applicants should have the respective experience at a senior level. The candidates with the experience in Finance/ Marketing/ Production will have added advantage.

HPCL Chairman Salary:

The selected candidates will get the salary as respect to the norms of the board. As per notification, the candidates will get the salary of Rs. 200000-370000 (IDA). The salary will vary with respect to experience and the candidate’s current job profiles as mentioned on the notification.

HPCL Recruitment Process:

The applicants will be selected by the selection process it may contains the interview/ exam/ personality test or other process. The details of the selection process like interview date and other will be intimated by the board later for the eligible candidates.
