BVFCL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility Details:
BVFCL Education Qualification:
The applicant should be an Engineering graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. Applicants holding MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in management will have an added advantage
BVFCL Experience:
The applicant should possess adequate technical/ operational experience at a senior level in a large organization of repute, out of which at least five years during the last ten years should have been in major production units in Fertilizers/ Chemicals/ petrochemicals sector.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- A member of the Board of Directors, the Director (Production) reports to the Chairman and Managing Director. He/she is in charge of the company’s Production/Operations Division. His/her main task is to maintain control over the efficient operation of the company’s plants.
- Company in a way that ensures the most efficient use of resources. He or she also serves as a in all production and operational matters, he is the Company’s primary advisor.
BVFCL Age Limit:
Candidates should have a minimum of 40 years of experience. For 2 or 3 years of residual service from the date of vacancy to the date of retirement.
BVFCL Salary details:
The monthly remuneration for this position is between Rs. 65000-75000 (IDA).
- Applicants from the Central Government / All India Services must be employed in a position equivalent to that of Joint Secretary in the Government of India at the time of application.
- Applicants from the Union’s Armed Forces must be serving as a Major General in the Army or an equivalent rank in the Navy or Air Force at the time of application.
- Applicants from the state public sector or the private sector must be employed at the board level at the time of application.
