BEL Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria
Candidate minimum age limit should not be 40 years is mandatory to apply for BEL Recruitment 2021. Applicant should have an Engineering degree preferably in Electrics / Communication / Computer Science / Mechanical engineering from a recognized university / Institution with good academic record. The applicant should possess adequate experience at a senior level of management in an organization of repute. Applicant with experience in Finance/ Marketing/ Production will have added advantage. Experience in defense industry is desirable.
The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to getting salary of Rs. 200000-370000/- per month from the respective board.
