Candidates should have completed 10th and 12th standard in science group from a recognized board or university and should holding current and valid flight engineers license Associate Flight Engineers. No accident or incident blame-worthiness should be recorded or No adverse performance record/report in on candidates name for last three years.
Candidates will be paid based on Grade E2 that is Rs. 3, 00,000 per month. TA/ DA will be given as AME/Fes of E2 Cadre. Risk allowance will be given as per PHL Rules. For the purpose of PF and Gratuity shall be based on minimum of the scale of pay of E-2 Grade. Insurance coverage for a sum of Rs. 100 Crore under PA aircrew insurance scheme
Based on the application received candidates will be called for the personal interview depending upon the level of response. Candidates will be called for Medical Fitness as per DGCA and PHL Rules. Based on the performance on the personal interview and medical fitness report candidates will be selected for the post of Associate flight Engineers. Board receives rights to reject any application or cancel the posts without giving any reason
