As per the report, more than 1,000 unionized New York Times workers have announced a walkout if the company does not agree to a full and fair contract by December 8.
Accordingly, in a letter signed by 1,036 members of the New York Times about the walkout, it is said to be that the employees are reportedly demanding wages that keep up with inflation and improved health insurance and retirement benefits that were promised when hiring.
