OUAT Notification 2020 – Last Date Extended. OUAT 2020 Application Form Last Date has been extended till 3rd April 2020 via online mode for UG courses. Orissa University Agriculture & Technology is the conducting authority for OUAT 2020 examination. It is a university level examination which is organized every year. Through this exam, candidates will get admission in the fields of Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture Engineering, etc. Qualified candidates will get admission in the university & affiliated colleges. Candidates are advised to also check the eligibility criteria before applying for OUAT. Here we are providing details regarding OUAT Application Form 2020. OUAT 2020 is an entrance examination conducted by Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology to provide admission to eligible candidates in 9 of its colleges for Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Fishery Science, Community Science & Forestry. OUAT Application Fee 2020:

Candidates will be able to submit the application fee in online mode through credit card, debit card or net-banking. Candidates have to submit Rs. 1400 as application fee. Application fee will be non-refundable & non-transferrable in any case.

Documents to Carry to OUAT 2020 Test Center

On the day of the exam, a candidate will be required to carry a hard copy of the Admit card, along with ID proof. As an identity proof, a candidate can carry any one of the following

Voter ID
Aadhar Card
Driving License
Pan Card
Student Identity Card with photograph issued by the School/College last attended Passport or Nationalized Bank Passbook with a photograph.

General Instructions Of OUAT 2020 Exam

The test-takers have to follow certain instructions which have to be followed at the time of examination. Check the instructions given below.

No candidate shall be allowed to enter the exam premises once the exam has commenced.
Every candidate is advised to reach the exam venue at least an hour prior to the exam commencement time.
The candidates are required to be at the exam centre at 8.30 AM.
A candidate should carry admit cards and an identity proof necessary to the exam centre. Failing to produce any of these things, the candidate will not be allowed to sit for the exam.
No candidates will be allowed to enter the examination hall 15 minutes after the commencement of the test.
Candidate must mark their response with a Black ballpoint pen only.
Use of any unfair means will lead to cancellation of the candidature.
No candidate shall be allowed to leave the exam venue until the authorities are done conducting the exam.
Rough work must not be done on the answer sheet.

OUAT 2020 Exam Pattern

The important information regarding OUAT 2020 exam pattern is given below:

The duration of the exam to be held will be of total two hours.
The question paper will be offline multiple-choice paper.
OMR sheet will be provided to fill the details and mark the answers.
The examination will be of a total 200 marks.
One mark will be awarded for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking for any incorrectly marked answer.

OUAT 2020 Result

The vital detailed regarding OUAT 2020 result is given below:

The tentative date for the result of OUAT 2020 is the first week of July 2020.
The result of OUAT will be declared on the official website of the Odisha University.
The scorecard declared will include entrance exam marks, provisional and final weightage.
The result will be in the form of the scorecard.
The candidates are required to enter their credentials which will include their roll number, mobile number, and date of birth to check the result. The selected candidates will be able to participate and take part in the counselling procedure.

OUAT 2020 Counselling

The OUAT counselling 2020 will be conducted by the university after the declaration of the result of the examination. A merit list will be processed for the counselling procedure. The merit list that would be generated would be according to the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance exam. The candidates are required to submit the required scanned documents for the counselling process. As per the choice filled by the candidate, seats available, merit list, category, the seats will be allotted to the candidates accordingly.

OUAT Selection Procedure 2020:

Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology comprise of 2 stages for OUAT Selection Procedure 2020 and they are Entrance Examination and Interview. Thus, aspirants who qualify both these stages will be shortlisted and granted admission to various participating institutes. The shortlisted candidates who pass both the stages have to attend the Counselling process for verification of documents. The final merit list for the qualified applicants will be released by the Gujarat High Court Board after the completion of a selection procedure of OUAT 2020. Candidates then have to check their names if present or not in the merit list and follow the instructions of the OUAT Examination Board.

There are some OUAT Preparation Tips 2020 for candidates so that they can prepare themselves for the exam. These preparation tips are listed below:

Applicants can take help from the NCERT books of class 11th and 12th in order to prepare for the OUAT exam.
Candidates can refer to books available in pdf format and also EBooks which are available online. EBooks are very easy and portable.
An aspirant must practice from previous years’ question papers. These papers will provide ideas about the questions asked in the exam, Therefore, aspirants can prepare well through previous years papers.

How to Apply OUAT Notification 2020:

Step 1 – Visit the official website of the university and start the registration process.

Step 2 – Fill the Application Form-A with all the required. Candidates were also supposed to select 3 exam centres while filling the form.

Step 3 – Submit the Application Form-A

Step 4 – Candidates then had to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in a specified format in Application Form-B. The table below illustrates the format for scanned images.

Step 5 – Now submit the Application Form-B

Step 6 – The candidate received login id, password and application number on their registered email id or on valid contact number.

Step 7 – An application fee of Rs. 1200 had to deposit by an applicant either in online mode or offline mode.
