 OPTCL Job Vacancy 2021 Details:

• The board has allocated 232 graduate (degree) and diploma (technician) engineering apprentices, as well as 18 non-engineering apprentices.
• The candidates would work for a year as apprentices in various trades/disciplines at OPTCL offices throughout Odisha under the Apprentices Act 1961.

OPTCL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

Education Qualification:

• The applicants should have a minimum qualification for Graduate, Diploma Engineering Apprentice is Diploma, Degree (Relevant Engg Discipline) while Degree, PG (Relevant Discipline) is required for candidates to be eligible for non Engineering Trade Apprentice.
• Indian national belonging to Odisha are only eligible to apply.

OPTCL Age Limit:

As of December 31, 2021, candidates must be at least 18 years old.

OPTCL Stipend 2022:

The monthly stipend for graduate (degree) engineering and non-engineering is Rs 9,000 whereas the stipend is Rs 8,000 for diploma (technician) engineering.

OPTCL Recruitment Process 2022:

The selection will be based on the board norms. The board will intimate the candidates through their register email id.

OPTCL Apprenticeship Training Period:

• The apprenticeship training term will be one year.
• The apprenticeship training term will begin on the online contract date and will last for one year. Apprentices will be paid a stipend from the commencement of the online contract date, subject to satisfactory performance.
