Odisha OES Age Limit:

The age of the candidate must between the age limit of 2 I (twenty one) years to 32 (thirty two) years to apply for this recruitment. In other words the candidates must not be above the age of 32 years. Further age relaxation will be given as per norms of the board.

Odisha OES Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science or Commerce with Master’s Degree in Education with basic knowledge in computer application is necessary educational qualification to apply for this recruitment.  The candidates with integrated B.A. (Hons.), B.Ed or B.Sc (Hons), B.Ed from a Regional College of Education with Master’s Degree in Arts/Science with basic knowledge in computer application are also eligible to apply.

Odisha OES Exam Fee:

The candidates should pay the examination fee of Rs.500/- to apply for this recruitment. The candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe of Odisha and Person with Disability (whose permanent disability is 40% and more) are exempted from payment of this fee.

Odisha Education Service Salary:

Mass Education Department in the scale of pay of Rs.44,900/- in Level- 10, Cell-0 l of Pay Matrix of ORSP Rules, 2017. Other Allowances as may be sanctioned by the Government of Odisha from time to time.

Odisha OES Job Selection Process:

The selection of candidates for recruitment to the posts shall be made on the basis of written examination and Viva Voce test. The written examination will consist of three papers, one each on General English, General Knowledge and Education. Each paper will be of two hours duration. The candidates are required to answer the papers in English. The written examination shall be held at Cuttack. The candidate who secured such minimum qualifying marks in the written examination as will be called to appear at the Viva Voce test for 150 marks.
