OPSC Dental Surgeon Exam Date 2023 Admit Card:
- It is for the information of all concerned that the Written Examination for recruitment to the post of Dental Surgeons (Junior Branch) in Group-A, pursuant to Advertisement No. 02 of 2023-24 will be held on 24.09.2023 (Sunday) from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. (10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. for PWD candidates). The detailed programme along with venue shall be notified later.

OPSC Dental Surgeon Exam 2023 Pattern:
The selection of candidates for recruitment to the post of Dental Surgeon will be made as per the guidelines as enumerated in Odisha Medical Services (Method of Recruitment and Conditions of Services of Dental Surgeons) Rules, 2022.
The suitability of candidates shall be adjudged on the basis of written test as mentioned in the following, namely:-
- Total marks in written test shall be 200;
- Total No. of questions in written test is 200 which shall be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) pattern;
- There shall be negative marking for each wrong answer and for each wrong answer 0.25 marks shall be deducted from the marks awarded for correct answer.
- Qualifying mark – 50% for UR & SEBC, 45% for PWD and 40% for SC and ST;
