ONGC Recruitment 2021 Eligibility criteria

Candidate should possess BA, B.Sc and B.Com is Mandatory to apply for HR Executive Post and For Account Executive post is 12th and Graduate in B.Sc, B.Com is Mandatory to apply for NAPS Registration 2021. Candidate should to fulfill eligibility criteria for ONGC Apprenticeship program. If committee found that applied candidate is not eligible for the post he/she will be disqualified at any stage in the recruitment process.

ONGC Recruitment 2021 Stipend Details

• Shortlisted candidates are eligible to getting salary For Accounts Executive post is Rs. 7000 to Rs. 9000/- per month and for HR Executive post is Rs. 9000 to Rs. 10,000/- per month from the respective board. To help cover basic costs of the candidates while they receive their training. This ‘stipend’ amount is a pre-determined sum paid by the employer to aid offset expenses.
• Candidate will get all Naps Benefits. Salary is based on the performance of the candidates / Company rules.

NAPS Job Training 2021 Details

For Accounts Executive Post:

Course Name is Accounts Executive. Duration of the course is 15 months.

Training time is 350 Hours and On the Job Training Duration is 12 months.

For HR Executive Post:

Course Name is HR Executive. Duration of the course is 14 months.

Training time is 336 Hours and On the Job Training Duration is 12 months.
