ONGC Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Assistant Legal Adviser – Applicants shall passed Graduate Degree in Law (Professional) with minimum 60% marks. “Practicing advocate with 3 years’ experience would be preferred” for all categories.
Junior Consultants and Associate Consultants – Retired ONGC executives at E3 to E5 level of Production discipline with knowledge in Surface installations and Retired ONGC executives up to E3 level of Electrical discipline with knowledge in Engineering Services.
ONGC Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:
Candidates do not exceeding Minimum Age Limit of 30 years to Maximum Age Limit of 65 years Less than 65 years of age at the time of engagement as on 31.07.2022.

ONGC Recruitment 2022 Salary Package:
The pay scale is in the grade of ₹ 60,000- 1, 80,000/- with an increment of 3% per year. Besides Basic Pay, the employee is entitled to allowance @ 35% of Basic Pay under Cafeteria Approach, Dearness Allowance for Assistant Legal Adviser through CLAT 2022 for LLM.
Associate Consultant (E4 & E5 Level): ₹ 66000.00 (inclusive of all) + ₹ 2000.00 (maximum) communication facilities against submission of invoice.
Junior Consultant (Up to E3 Level): ₹ 40000.00 (inclusive of all) + ₹ 2000.00 (maximum) communication facilities against submission of invoice.
ONGC Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
Selection will be based on Written Exam & Interview. Date, Venue and reporting time for written test and interview will be intimated to shortlisted candidates in due course through e-mails.
