OMC Careers 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

Candidate age limit for Deputy General manager post is not above 44 years, for Manager post age limit should not above 36 years, for Deputy Manager post age limit is not below 21 years and not above 32 years and for Surveyor, Mining Mate post age limit should not below 18 years and above 32 years is mandatory to apply for OMCL Recruitment 2021.

Education Qualification

For Deputy General Manager and Manager: candidate should have B.E/B.Tech in Mining Engineering in 1^st class MMCC or Diploma in Mining Engineer with 1^st class MMCC is mandatory.

For Manager and Deputy Manager (Finance): Candidate should have Associate/Fellow member of ICAI/ICWAI is mandatory.

For Medical Officer: Candidate should have MBBS Degree from recognized University/Institute, preference shall be given to the candidates with higher qualification and experience.

For Surveyor: candidate should have Diploma in Mines Survey/Mining Engineering from a AICTE recognized Institute with Survey Certificate of Competency in Mining Survey from DGMS.

For Mining Mate: Candidate should have HSC with Mining Mate’s Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS as per MMR (Metalliferous Mines Regulations).

OMCLTD Recruitment 2021 Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary For Deputy General manager (Mining) is Rs. 78,800/- to Rs. 2,09,200/- per month, for Manager, Deputy Manager, Medical Officer salary is Rs. 67,700/- to Rs. 2,08,700/- per month. Salary for Surveyor post is Rs. 35,400 to Rs. 1,12,400/- and for Mining Mate – III post salary is Rs. 21,700/- to Rs. 69,100/- per month.

OMC Recruitment 2021 Selection process

For Deputy General Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager, Medical Officer post:

Out of Total marks of 100, 70 marks will be assigned for short listing the eligible candidates in the base career – 50 marks, Higher education – 10 marks, Experience – 10 marks. The total marks for Personal Interview is 30. Eligible candidates will be short-listed and called for personal interview as per the following ratio fixed by the Management.

For Mining Mate and Surveyor: Candidates are shortlisted based on Walk in Interview only. Interview will be conduct for Mining mate post on 02.09.2021 at 08.00 AM and for Surveyor post date is 03.09.2021 at 08.00 AM, at the given address.
