OFB Trade Apprentice Selection Process:
The Candidates need to get the Knowledge of Comprehensive Selection Process to make them according to the Competition. The Selection Process will be as follows
They are
- In the first step, the candidates need to qualify the Written Examination of ITI and Non-ITI Trade Apprentice.
- Those candidates who will qualify the Written Exam will be forwarded to the next stage.
- The Final selection would rely on the Merit List.
- The Merit List will be prepared on the basis of Qualified candidates and Requires vacancies.
OFB Trade Apprentice 2020 Exam Details:
The Ordnance Factory Recruitment Board has recently wrapped the Written Exam of Trade Apprentice. Many candidates gathered at the Exam center to appear in the Written Exam. The Written Exam was Multiple Choice objective Type. There was a total of 150 Questions in each ITI and Non-ITI Written exam. The Written Exam was of 03 hours. The Exam was not as hard as it was Equivalent to Xth Standard.
Important Instruction Ordnance Factory Apprentice Result 2020:
- Based on the vacancy position, OFB Trade Apprentice Result 2020 will be prepared and only provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification and medical examination.
- In case of two candidates having the same marks/percentage (tie case), the candidates with older age shall be preferred.
- For NON-ITI category, a factory – wise common merit list will be prepared and the trades will be allotted by each factory on Merit-cum-choice basis after selection.
- Utmost care shall be taken while finalizing the select list of eligible candidates.
- The selection of candidates will be made based on factory-wise OFB Trade Apprentice Result 2020 considering available vacancies category-wise and factory-wise.
- No Transport Allowance shall be admissible to any candidates called for Documents Verification / Medical Examination.
- If candidate have Incomplete Application unclear or Over aged or under aged or Date of Birth or Double or multiple applications submitted or Mismatch of Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, marks submitted and year of passing in Online application form with the 10th certificate/ITI certificate or illegible documents submitted, then his / her application form will be rejected by the officials.
- Result Merit List of 56th Batch Trade Apprentice will only be available to applicants at the official web Panel of Ordnance Factory Board.
Important Original Certificates which require by the applicant in Document Verification Procedure:
Candidates those who will be called up by the officials for appearing in the Medical Examination & Document Verification they all have to produce all original Documents while appearing in the Document Verification Procedure. List of all those Document Verification Original Certificates which applicants needs to produce as provided below here

- Soft Copy / Scanned Copy of Identity Card in the absence of Aadhar
- SSC (Matriculation / 10th Standard) or its equivalent mark sheet.
- Certificate for proof of date of birth (10th Standard or its equivalent Matriculate certificate or mark sheet indicating date of birth or school leaving certificate indicating date of birth).
- Consolidated mark sheet for all semesters of the relevant ITI Pass trade against which applied / Provisional National Trade Certificate indicating marks.
- National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT / SCVT for ITI pass candidates
- Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates, wherever applicable.
- For OBC Non-Creamy layer candidates, the candidates should also upload their OBC Non creamy layer certificate issued in last three years.
- Physical Disability certificate, in case of PH/PWD candidate issued by the competent Medical Board/ Authority.
