As per the 7th CPC, candidates would be paid at Pay Level 13 of the pay matrix. The fixing of pay/Deputation(Duty) allowance is governed by DOPT instructions published on the topic from time to time. Officers from the federal, state, or local governments, as well as autonomous bodies and universities, are required. Candidate must occupy equivalent roles on a regular basis OR have 5 years regular service in a post with pay level 12 in the pay matrix, ranging from Rs. 78,800 to Rs. 2,09,200 OR have 10 years regular service in a post with pay level 11 in the pay matrix, ranging from Rs. 67700 to Rs. 208700.
