The selected candidate will get a monthly salary given below for the contractual period of 3 years
- 41333/- per month for the First year
- 44000/- per month for the Second year
- 48000/- per month for the Third year

The board decided to conduct the selection process based on the Quality & Cost Based Selection Method (QCBS). The QCBS selection ratio is 80:20. The 80 % contains qualifications, Skill set, Certification, Experience, and interview performance and 20% contains the Candidate’s expected salary.
