- Secondary Mark Sheet
- Higher Secondary Mark Sheet
- E/ B.Tech Mark Sheets starting from Semester-I to Semester-VIII
- E/ B.Tech pass certificate
- Proof of employment experience if any
- One Govt. issued identity card
- Two passport sized photographs
- Caste certificate
- Demand Draft of the amount as given below. D.D should be drawn in favor of PSTI, payable at Bangalore.
