- Managing day-to-day operational activities for NETC such as follow-ups, reporting etc.
- Make sure seamless mandate on boarding or volume migration for banks from operations standpoint.
- Preparation of training material & documentation.
- Ensuring timely report generation on regular and adhoc basis; undertaking data-based discussions with banks and other relevant stakeholders as applicable.
- Make sure accurate & timely resolution of disputes.
NPCI Personal Skills Required :
- The candidate should have Knowledge on NETC clearing system and other payments systems like UPI, IMPS, AePS will be added advantage.
- They must have knowledge in MS Office and communication skills.
