NPCI Recruitment 2022 Job Responsibilities:

Senior Associate – Business Development (International Business):

• The ideal candidate will be interested in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management, and will have a go-getter attitude as well as a talent for persuasion and tenacity.
• B2B sales, corporate sales, and idea selling experience, preferably in the banking/payments industry.
• Should be eager to learn as much as possible about the market or location in which he or she will be working. He or she will be expected to contribute to the NPCI product’s and footprint’s business growth in the allocated region or market. He or she will gain knowledge of the region’s commercial deployment of NPCI products.
• The individual should be able to persuade essential parties to create and convert commercial opportunities and synergies. All of this requires a well-balanced set of communication and diplomatic abilities in order to lead, influence, and persuade people, both internal and external stakeholders.

Lead Udir:

• This position is in the Product vertical, and it is responsible for developing and implementing an Online Dispute Resolution procedure (UDIR) for all of NPCI’s online products.
• It must contain knowledge of all online products’ functions, transaction flow, and exceptions that result in consumer enquiries or disputes.
• To define the UDIR process for each transaction type in collaboration with members, product, and operations teams.
• To support UDIR, prepare the requirements, coordinate with the tech team for development, and make system changes in core products. (Refer Official Notification)
