Candidates should have completed a degree graduation B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization from the recognized university. Applicants should have 10 – 15 years of experience in the relevant filed.

NPCI Recruitment 2022 Job Responsibilities:
- To produce a product paper/functional document for NPCI’s products and services for online dispute settlement.
- To prepare BRD for changes in the present system as well as UDIR development requirements.
- To keep track of the project’s progress and ensure that it is completed and delivered on time in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Relationship Management and Business Development
- Assist the bank with certification prerequisites.
- Oversee end-to-end certification (including technical and operational assistance) and paperwork to assist banks with UDIR on boarding for various products.
- To interact with member banks and their vendors / OEMs / customer service departments / etc. to gather best practices adopted by banks and help in improving UDIR performance
