Work from Home is no Longer Available for Every TCS Employees: New Working Model Introduced!!! Tata Consulting Services (TCS) has introduced new work from home model named 25/25. In this model no more than 25% company’s employees will need to work from offices and employees will not need to spend more than 35% of time in office by 2025.

TCS CEO and MD Rajesh Gopinathan stated that the TCS is considering bringing the top 50,000 senior employees to the office trice a week starting in April, and that the number of people returning to the office may be increased in a in the future consistently. TCS had previously announced that by the end of 2021, it will urge its employees to join offices.

In Hybrid mode, every employee eventually needed to come into office for a period of time and they also have an option to work from home.
