NMDC Eligibility Criteria

• Eligibility criteria varied for post to posts. To apply for the recruitment of NMDC Executive and non executive cadre department candidate should completed Graduation in B.E or B.Tech or Diploma in relevant field. Check out the official notification for detailed education qualification for respected posts.
• For the post of Executive –I(a), Executive –I(b) and Technician Cum Operator (TCO) candidate should have minimum of 4 years of experience in related field. For the post of Executive II candidates should have minimum 12 years of work experience. For Executive III candidate should have 18 years of work experience, for supervisor cum charge man candidate should have 5 years of work experience and for the post of Sr. Technician cum operator candidature should have 8 years of work experience in relevant field. For all the post candidate maximum age limit should not exceed 65 years as last date of the application that is 15-04-2021

Candidate will be appointed for 3 years initially and extended based on their performance and need at that time candidate salary will raised up to maximum 10% on annual basis in subsequent years based on their performance.

NMDC Selection Process

• For Executive cadre eligible candidate will be called for interview at Ranchi or Jamshedpur or Raipur candidates can choose their centers at the time of registration. For the post of supervisor and non executive cadre candidate will be selected based on written test and supervisory skill test for supervisors and skill test for non executive cadre. The eligible candidates as per age, qualification, experience etc will be called for Document Verification and Written Test. Only those candidates will be permitted for Written Test whose documents verification is found in order as per Notification
• Written test contain multiple choice questions for 100 marks and students can attend the exam in English or Hindi language. In the ration of 1:3 candidate will be selected for skill based based on performance on written test.
• Candidate should submit the listed original documents/ testimonials, along with self-attested photo copies, in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste, etc. for verification of their eligibility. If candidate does not produce the document he or she will permitted for interview.
