The maximum age for applying for the role of Center Manager (Aadhar Sewa Kendra) is 62 years old. Retired officers, junior commissioned officers, or equivalents from the Army, Air Force, Navy, BSF, or other paramilitary forces should apply. Any undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctorate degree in relevant subjects is required for the position of Center Manager (Aadhar Sewa Kendra). The candidate should have a minimum of 20 to 30 years of relevant experience. Managing the respective Aadhaar Seva Kendra’s entire operation Handling complaints, with a focus on resolving resident issues relating to appointment booking, Aadhaar enrolment/update procedure, and other Aadhaar Resident Services that fall under ASK’s purview. Managing and leading a team of around 30 people, i.e. ASK requires managers, operators, screeners, verifiers, housekeeping, security, and IT team, a receptionist, and other personnel. Maintaining and providing UIDAI with the required MIS reports Resource planning and management to improve efficiency and load collaborating with the UIDAI’s headquarters and regional offices.
