Age Limit
Candidate age limit should be 50 years and Maximum upper age-limit for NIFT employees may be relaxed upto five years or total length of service rendered (on regular and/or long-term contract basis) whichever is less.
Education Qualification and Required Experience
Campus Director and Project Engineer
Candidate should have Post Graduate Degree from recognized University/Institution and Experience of Twenty years of administrative/academic/managerial experience in Government Organization/ Autonomous Body/Statutory Body/University /Institution out of which at least fifteen years at supervisory level (level-10 or equivalent).
Joint Director
Candidate should have Post Graduate degree from recognized University/ Institution with at least fifteen years’ experience in academics, personnel and general administration out of which atleast ten years’ experience at supervisory level.
NIFT Recruitment 2022 Salary
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for the posts of Campus Director and Project Engineer is Level- 13 (7th CPC)/PB-4 [Rs.37400 -67000/- + Grade Pay Rs.8700/- (6th CPC)], for Joint Director is Level- 12 (7th CPC)/PB-3 [Rs.15600 -39100/- + Grade Pay Rs.7600/- (6th CPC)] from the respective board.
NIFT Recruitment 2022 Selection process
Selection shall be on the basis of the performance in the personal interview / interaction or any other Selection criteria fixed by the NIFT/Selection Committee.
