The National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has released a Notification for appointing Senior Consultant (Legal) on Contractual Basis of 1 Year (Maybe Extended), at the Location of New Delhi (India).
NHSRC Job Qualification:
- The candidates applying for the job must have Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a Recognized University.
- The candidates with 10-15 years in legal matters out of which 2-4 years’ experience must be with central govt. are required for the post.
- Applicants having Experience of examination and analysis of Law/ Statue are preferable.
- Must have Fluency in written and oral English/ Legal drafting skills.
NHSRC Job Roles and Responsibilities:
The candidates applying for the job shall have following skills:
- Have To examine and analyze law/ statue related cases and render advice.
- Must Coordinate with Government Counsels and other Authorities.
- Should prepare documents for filing in various forums connected with legal matters.
- Have to Drafting counter affidavits, affidavits and replies on behalf of the Union of India i.e., Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
NHSRC Job Age Limit:
The candidates applying for the job must not exceed the Age Limit of 55 years on the last date of submitting application.
