NHM MP Recruitment 2020 OUT – Apply for 3800 Vacancies. National Health Mission (NHM) Madhya Pradesh, has released the recruitment notification for the Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health Examination Jan-Dec 2021. Candidates who successfully complete this course will be posted at these Sub Centers as Community Health Officer (CHO)/ Mid Level Health Provider (MLHP) to lead a primary health care team consisting of frontline workers such as the female health workers (ANMs), male health worker (MPW), and ASHAs.

Essential Criteria
- B,Sc. (Nursing) OR Post Basic B. Sc. (Nursing)with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health recognized by Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi (For which final year of examination shall be held in 2020-21 session
- The candidates, whose final year of examination shall be held in 2020-21 session, are required to submit a certificate from Principal of their Nursing college in this regard with the online application form as per given format.(Please refer Appendix I)
- The candidates, who have completed B.Sc. (Nursing) OR Post Basic B. Sc. (Nursing)with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health, are required to submit a certificate from Principal of their Nursing college in this regard with the online application form as per given format.

Selection Process
The examination and selection process shall be done in a completely fair and transparent manner. There is no possibility to give any benefit by overruling the process by any individual. MCQ based an Online Written Test (OWT) shall be organized by Strategic Alliance Management Service Pvt. Ltd. (SAMS HR Agency)
How to Apply?
Selected candidates needs to produce the following Original documents/ credentials, Offer Letter, Original and xerox copy at the time of joining within the stipulated time
- a) Filled Application form (available on Website)
- b) Copies of detailed mark sheet of Class 10th c) Copies of detailed mark sheet of 12th
- d) Copies of mark sheet for GNM/ B. Sc. Nursing
- e) Registration Certificate of Nursing Council
- f) Copy of Caste Certificate, disability Certificate, Certificate/ Proof for Ex servicemen, Dependent of freedom fighter Certificate, Economically Weaker Section, Orphan Children of Uttarakhand, Women of Uttarakhand issued by competent authority (if applicable). The candidate will be treated of General Category (UR), if she/ he fails to submit the Caste Certificate on the day of Counseling.
