NHM Eligibility
Medical Officer: Candidates should have completed MBBS from recognized institution and should register by Medical council of India or any State Medical Council. Candidates should have knowledge in Hindi or Sanskrit. The posting place is NUHM UPHC, Mukherjee Park and Child Health SCNU SDH Jagadhri.
General Physician: Candidates should have completed MBBS or equivalent degree from institute recognized by MCI and should register by Medical council of India or any State Medical Council. Candidates should have knowledge in Hindi or Sanskrit. The posting place is NCD, MLCH, YNR.
Radiologist: Candidates should have completed MBBS or equivalent degree from institute recognized by MCI. For the post of Radiologist candidate should have completed MD/DMRD in Radiology from recognized university of institution from MCI. The posting place is Maternal Health, MLDCH, YNR.
District Monitoring and Evaluation Officer: Candidates should completed post graduation in Health/Statistics/Population Science/ Economics/ Mathematics along with advance degree/ Diploma or a post Graduate Course in Computer Application from recognized university/institution. Candidates should secure 55% marks and should have 2 years of work experience in handling health statistics.
Data Assistant: Candidates should have completed 10 or 12th standard with 50% of marks and should complete ‘O’ level course from DOEACC /one year Diploma in Computer Application/ Course in programming Assistant NCVT Certificate with minimum 50% marks. Or candidates should have completed B.Sc. (IT/ Computer Science) /BCA or diploma in modern office practices /office management & computer application /computer Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Staff Nurse: Candidates should have completed B. Sc. Nursing /GNM course from recognized institution by Government and should registered in Haryana Nurses Registration Council.

NHM Selection Process
- For the post of Medical Officer and Radiologist candidates will be selected based on Academic Records, Previous Work experience and Performance on the Interview. For all the other post candidates will be selected based on written examination and shortlisted candidates from written examination will be called for interview.
- Candidates will be appointed for up to 30-06-2021 or till the approval of RoP 2021-22 or completion of Project whichever is earlier
NHM Interview Date
- For the post of Medical Officer and Radiologist candidate can attend Interview of Every Wednesday at 11.30 am till the posts get filled. The interview venue is O/o CS YNR.
- For the post of District Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Data Assistant candidates can attend written test on 24.05.2021 at Panchayat Bhawan, Opp Gaba Hospital, Yamunanagar. Interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates at 27.05.2021
- For the post of Staff Nurse candidates can attend written examination on 05.2021 at Panchayat Bhawan, Opp Gaba Hospital Yamunanagar. Interview will be conducted for shortlisted candidates at 27.05.2021
NHM Application Fee
Candidates should have to pay Rs. 200 as application fee. Fee can be only paid from bank draft in favor of District Health and Family welfare Society. No application fee will be entertained without proper fee.
