Haryana MLHP cum CHO Exam Date 2023:
The examination will be held on 29.01.2023 in Chandigarh from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Information about the actual Venue / Centre & Time for OMR Based Exams will be sent through SMS to the Candidates “one day before the Exam” at their Contact No. provided by them in the Online Application Form, as well, same will be made available on their Admit Card one day in advance of the OMR Based Exam.

- On the home page click “Download Admit Card against Advt. No. 1/2022-23(HWC-CP)/527/1293 Dated 30.12.2022 regarding 527 Posts of Mid-Level- Health Providers-cum-Community Health Officers (MLHPs-cum-CHOs) on a contract basis under National Health Mission, Haryana”
- Enter the Application Number/ Roll Number and Date of Birth and download the admit card
- Candidates are required to bring a printed copy of the online-issued Admit Card/ Roll No. and Identity Proof for appearing in the OMR Based Exam.
