NHIDCL Eligibility Criteria:

Name of the post Qualification
General Manager Qualification: Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.

Experience: Retired Officers/ Released SSC from Central Government Department/ Indian Army (Corps of Engineers)/ Border Roads Organization (GREF)I Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking /State Government Department /State   Government   Public

Deputy General Manager (T/P) Qualification: Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognised University or Institute.

Experience: from Central Government Departments/ Indian Army (Corps of Engineers)/ Border Roads Organization (GREF)/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings/ State Government Departments/ State  Government   Public Undertakings holding.

Deputy General Manager (Fin) Degree from a recognized University or Institute; Final exam of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; OR

Final exam of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountant of India; OR  Degree in       Business Management with Finance as the major subject; OR  Member of any organized Accounts Service of the Central Government.

Officers In Central Government

Experience: Departments/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings/ State Government Departments /State Government Public Undertakings

Manager (T/P) Qualification: Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from a recognised University or Institute.

Experience: from Central Government Departments/ Indian Army (Corps of Engineers)/ Border Roads Organization (GREF)/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings/ State Government Departments/ State  Government       Public Undertakings holding.

Manager (fin) (i)      Degree of a recognized University or Institute; having passed

(ii)     Intermediate level examination of Chartered Accountancy;

(iii) Intermediate level examination of Cost & Works Accountancy;

(iv) SAS Exam of the lndian Audit and Accounts Service or equivalent Examinations for Civil Accounts, Defence Accounts Service etc.

Manager (legal) Degree in Law from a recognized University.

Essential experience:-

At least three years experience in the field of Law/ Legislative matters and well versed in Legal obligations relating to contractual matters and arbitration /claims.

Assistant Manager (HR) Degree of a recognized University or Institute and Having knowledge of Computer Applications, Internet, MS Office etc. and well versed in the field of Administration and Establishment
Junior Manager (HR) Degree of a recognized University or Institute and Having knowledge of Computer Applications, Internet, MS Office etc. and well versed in the field of Administration and Establishment
Junior Manager (legal) Law Degree from a recognized University or Institute. Legal-related background and related work experience.
Junior Manager (rajbhasha) Degree from a recognized University or Institute. Translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa / typing related work. Having knowledge of computer applications, internet, US office etc. and well versed in the related field.

NHIDCL Age Limit:

  • Candidates should have not more than 61 years for engagement on contract. No upper age-limit for appointment on Deputation. Refer the official notification for more details.
  • The initial tenure of engagement on Contract shall be two years, which can be extended/ curtailed further with the approval of the Competent Authority up to the maximum age limit of 65 years.

Junior Manager (legal) Rs.9,300-34800 /- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- in CDA Pattern
