Education Qualification and Experience
General Manager
Candidate should have Degree in Law from a recognized University/Institute;and Experience of 14 years’ experience in thepay scale of Pay Band-3(Rs.15600-39100) with GradePay Rs.5400/-(pre-revised inCDA pattern, equivalent to PayLevel 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7thCPC) or equivalent or higher,out of which 7 years’ experiencein the field of Law related tocontractual matters/arbitration/ legislative matters/land acquisition.
Deputy General Manager
Candidates by promotion Through selection from amongst Manager (Finance& Accounts) in Level-11 of Pay Matrix (Rs.67,700-2,08,700) of NHAIwith 05 (five) years’ of regular service in that post.
NHAI Salary Details
Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for General Manager is Level-13(Rs.1,23,100-2,15,900) / (pre-revised) PB-4(Rs.37,400-67,000) withGrade PayRs.8,700/-and for Deputy General Manager is Level-12(Rs.78,800-2,09,200)/(pre-revised) PB-3(Rs.15,600-39,100)with Grade PayRs.7,600/-from the respective board.
