NHAI Recruitment 2022 Qualification:
Candidates should possess Degree in Law from a recognized University /Institute or Master’s degree of a recognized University or equivalent
9 Years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- or equivalent or higher out of which 6 years’ experience in the field of law related to contractual matters/ arbitration/ legislative matters/ land acquisition.

The period of deputation, including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization / department, shall ordinarily be 03 years, which may be extended for another 02 years with the approval of Chairman, NHAI. Further, extension beyond 5th year and up to a maximum of 10 years shall be with the approval of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, subject to satisfactory performance
Five years’ experience of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi or vice-a versa, preferably of technical or scientific literature.
Knowledge at the level of Matriculation of a recognized Board or equivalent of one of the languages other than Hindi mentioned in the English Schedule of the Constitution.
Degree or Diploma in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University.
