Age limit

Candidate age limit should not exceeding 56 years is Mandatory to apply for NHAI Recruitment 2021.

Education Qualification and Experience

General Manager (LA & EM)

Candidate should have Degree of a recognized University/Institute and 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (equivalent to Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC) is mandatory.

For General Manager (Technical)

Candidate should have Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute; and 14 years’ experience in the Pay Scale of Pay Band-3 (Rs.15,600-39,100) with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- [pre-revised in CDA pattern, equivalent to Level 10 of Pay Matrix as per 7^th CPC] or equivalent or higher out of which 9 years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges.

For Deputy General Manager

Candidate should have Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute and Six years’ experience in implementation of Infrastructure Sectors related to Highways, Roads and Bridges is needed.

NHAI Salary Details

Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get a salary for General manager Rs. 37400 to Rs. 67000 with Grade pay Rs. 8700 and for Deputy General Manager post salary is Rs. 15600 to 39100 with Grade pay Rs. 7600/- per month from the respective board.
